In our spinal cord that back pain can happen anywhere in any part like upper back pain, lower back pain etc. First is Acute back pain which occurs spontaneously and lasts for less than 4 weeks and second is Chronic back pain which lasts more than 12 weeks i.e. for 3 months.
This back pain is found either in 35-year-old people who are young, active or it is found in 55-year-old people who are elderly.
