Heel pain is experienced by many people, in which sometimes after getting up in the morning, it becomes difficult to walk even a couple of steps and there is a lot of pain.
This pain is mostly due to Plantar Fasciitis in people. In this condition, when the patient wakes up in the morning, it becomes difficult to walk even eight steps and heel pain starts. This pain often subsides after walking eight steps together. Apart from this, this pain also occurs when we walk after sitting for a couple of hours.
